Building Professional Learning Communities: Using the work of Richard DuFour and Robert Eaker LEARN facilitators will work to provide specific how-to’s that transform schools into results-oriented professional learning communities.

School and District Development Planning: Learn facilitators will work with school and/or district teams to connect strategic priorities to school and district based goals and to craft a specific implementation plan with measurable results and outcomes.

Instructional Rounds in Education: LEARN facilitators will coach school or district based teams in the Instructional Rounds approach to developing and supporting a shared understanding of what high quality instruction looks like and what schools and districts need to do to support it. Based on work developed in Instructional Rounds in Education A Network Approach to Improving Teaching and Learning by Elizabeth A. City, Richard F. Elmore, Sarah E. Fiarman, and Lee Teitel (2009).

LEARN/Shoreline Leadership Framework: LEARN facilitators will train district teams on application of the Leadership Framework to school and district development planning, professional learning, supervision, and evaluation.
