School Climate/Positive Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS): LEARN facilitator(s) will assist school-wide teams in providing an evidence-based multi-tiered behavioral framework in their building. This service can be provided for all schools in a district as a cadre format or support individual schools requiring booster sessions customized to their needs. This program will meet the need of the school climate state mandate.

School Evaluation Tool (SET): This includes a school walkthrough, interview of administrator staff and students, as well as review of current mission statement, expectations, lesson plans, etc. as part of this process. A data and summary report analysis will be provided outlining where their school falls in the process.

Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI): This will provide leadership team and facilitator an opportunity to assess their tier one, two and three behavioral systems. This inventory will provide staff the opportunity to assess what is in place and how effective it is. A final report is shared with the team outlining suggestions and supports.

Anti-bullying: PBIS now offers anti-bullying sessions that can be incorporated with their existing PBIS or school climate implementation. Training includes theory, process, and lesson plans.

Welcoming Walkthrough: LEARN facilitators will work with four teams touring the school to examine how inviting it appears to each diverse community, including new students and families. Each team comes to consensus on the commendations and recommendations form that highlights the welcoming aspects of the school as part of their school wide action plan.

Scientific Research-Based Intervention (SRBI): Facilitator/consultant will provide supports for staff in understanding and implementing tiered educational interventions with deeper understanding of tier two services, data review for placement, progress monitoring and transition protocols.
