LEARN is belonging, community, innovation, creativity, welcoming, and so much more!

Who We Are

With four magnet schools, two specialized schools, and services available across southeastern Connecticut, LEARN Regional Educational Service Center equips educators and learners with the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

We craft an array of offerings meticulously designed to overcome obstacles and nurture success for each learner. In this ever-changing, technology-driven educational landscape, our services have evolved to empower our community with creative thinking and strategic planning, ensuring we are all prepared to plan confidently for tomorrow's possibilities.

At LEARN our vision is to ensure that each child has access to high-quality public education and opportunities through equitable systems of education, support, and service. As a regional educational service center, we pursue equitable and just systems of education, build the skills and knowledge of the educational community, and design innovative, efficient, and effective programs, services, and solutions.
