LEARN provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits program. Eligible employees can choose from a variety of benefits ranging from health care to tuition reimbursement. Employees may also enroll their qualified dependents for coverage.

403(b) Plan

For eligible employees, LEARN will contribute 4% of your annual base salary into your account.

Eligible employees may receive reimbursement for undergraduate or coursework.

Earn Your Special Education Certification and Master's with UCONN TCPCG

LEARN is proud to partner with the University of Connecticut's Teacher Certification Program for College Graduates (TCPCG), a unique opportunity to earn your Special Education certification and master's degree while working full-time.

Program Highlights for LEARN Employees:

  • Work Full Time with Benefits: Serve as an Intervention Specialist while completing the TCPCG program.
  • Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities: Qualify for partial tuition reimbursement to help make your degree more affordable.
  • Scholarship Pathway
  • Selected staff receive:
  • Full-time employment during the program
  • Guaranteed teaching position in our outplacement program upon certification
  • Annual tuition reimbursement for UCONN, paid at the end of each year, for up to 6 years when you remain with LEARN.

Additional Career Pathways at LEARN:

  • Student Teaching and Internships: We partner with a variety of colleges and universities, often leading to full-time employment.
  • Speech and Language Pathway: Grow from Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Behavioral Support Pathways: Advance from Intervention Specialist (IS) to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), RBT supervision provided.

Employee Wellness

LEARN is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of all staff. Employees are encourages to participate in the BeWell Walker Tracker program, which helps foster healthy habits through fun, team-based and individual challenges. Throughout the year, LEARN celebrates employee wellness with initiatives that recognize and support the efforts of staff to prioritize their well-being.
