Does your employer currently not offer Tri-Share? That’s okay — they can still join!
Tri-Share is designed to help make child care more affordable by sharing the cost between the employee, employer, and the State of Connecticut. If you think this program could benefit your family, we encourage you to share this website with your employer or human resources team.

There is no minimum number of employees required to participate, and LEARN serves as the program administrator to help guide employers through the process and reduce the administrative burden.

By partnering with Tri-Share, employers can support employee retention, recruitment, and workforce well-being — while helping families access quality child care.

We invite you to start the conversation and help bring Tri-Share to your workplace! Email lvossler@learn.k12.ct.us to learn more.
