Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the leadership committee of the LEARN Board of Directors. It is composed of the immediate past Chairperson and the current officers of the Board of Directors. Two Superintendents serve as ex-officio members.

The Executive Committee has the authority of the Board to conduct routine business between meetings of the Board. It is responsible for keeping minutes of its proceedings and reporting regularly to the Board of Directors.

The Executive Committee also assists in reviewing and establishing agendas for meetings of the Board of Directors.
