Learn Regional Educational Service Center is seeking qualified bidders for an Interior Renovations to the mezzanine, second and fourth levels of the an existing four story 65,460 square foot facility. Located at the Regional Multicultural Magnet School (RMMS), 1 Bulkeley Place, New London, CT 06320. The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all Qualifications submitted for consideration, if doing so serves the best interests of the Owner.
