The LEARN Project, Inc. (TLP)
The LEARN Project, Inc. (TLP) is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. It may engage in any charitable, scientific, and educational activity that is consistent with its certificate of incorporation. TLP includes the Officers of the LEARN Board of Directors (Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Fiscal Officer, and Secretary), as well as Superintendent representation from the Middlesex/Shoreline Superintendents' Association (MSSA) and the Southeastern CT Association of School Administrators (SECASA), and representation from LEARN.

The LEARN Project, Inc. (TLP) Meeting 2026
TLP is required to hold one Annual Meeting each year, so there is no standing meeting schedule. The upcoming meeting for the 2026–2027 fiscal year is scheduled for Friday, September 25 at 9:45 a.m., and will be held at LEARN Central Office. A virtual participation link will also be provided for remote attendance.
