The LEARN Project, Inc. (TLP)
The LEARN Project, Inc. (TLP) is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. It may engage in any charitable, scientific, and educational activity that is consistent with its certificate of incorporation. TLP includes the Officers of the Board of Directors (Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Fiscal Officer, and Secretary), as well as Superintendent representation from the Middlesex/Shoreline Superintendents' Association (MSSA) and the Southeastern CT Association of School Administrators (SECASA), and representation from LEARN.

TLP is required to hold one Annual Meeting each year, so there is no standing meeting schedule. This year’s meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 24 at 9:45 a.m., held at LEARN Central Office. A virtual link will also be available for remote participation.
