LEARN is southeastern Connecticut's Regional Educational Service Center. As Regional Educational Service Center, we pursue equitable and just systems of education, build the skills and knowledge of the educational community, and design innovative, efficient, and effective programs, services, and solutions. Our vision is to ensure that each child has access to high-quality public education and opportunities through equitable systems of education, support, and service.

As a RESC agency, LEARN works in collaboration to equip educators and learners with the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. We craft an array of program and service offerings designed to overcome obstacles and nurture success for each learner. LEARN is the RESC for Southeast Connecticut.
Our Office of Teaching and Learning cultivates a culture of equity in education and crafts each program and service to meet the needs and objectives of our customers.
Our Office of Student Support Services offers a range of programs and services aimed at meeting the diverse and complex needs of students in the region.

In the halls of RMMS, where echoes of laughter and the hum of excitement intertwine, there stands a beacon of joy, wisdom, and unwavering support - Papa, whose real name is Raymond Hodges, aka Coach Ray. For nearly two decades, he has been the heart and soul of RMMS, a testament to the power of kindness and genuine care.
With over 24 years of experience, Jill has dedicated her career to policy change and advocacy for equitable access to quality learning for multilingual learners in CT.
